Dales British Wool Aran Sheep Jumper

The original Glencroft 100% British Wool Aran Dales Sheep Jumper, manufactured in the North of England. 

This iconic Aran jumper was first introduced in the late 1990s and was one of our most popular pieces of knitwear. After repeated requests from customers in the UK and US, we decided to give this retro design another shot in 2016, and it once again became a bestseller. 

Since then, our beloved sheep jumper has been worn by outdoor enthusiasts, countryside lovers, and even celebrities, cementing its place as a cosy wardrobe essential. 

The jumper’s distinctive design features three pairs of black and white sheep on both the front and back. with the traditional Tree of Life and Aran moss stitch knitting pattern below. We obsess about the details here at Glencroft, which is why each of our Aran sweaters is finished with a hand-linked, soft roll-neck collar and a green cotton ribbon over the joint for added comfort.
