At Glencroft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
